I have dedicated my time as a Master Trainer and Stretch Specialist for over 20 years.
While fighting my own battle with autoimmune disorders, I have discovered some holistic therapies that are beneficial to me and wanted to share my findings with the community.
For the past 12 years, I have focused on working with prehab, rehab, and recovery clients with hip, shoulder, and knee replacements, spinal fusions, as well as clients with neurological disorders and autoimmune diseases.
After having success with these therapies, 4 years ago, I decided to offer these therapies, and opened Cryotherapy of Charlotte County to help others in my community to alleviate pain, discomfort and other symptoms which in turns improves their quality of life.
KATHY
REGISTERED NURSE
Kathy is a Registered Nurse. She went to nursing school shortly after moving here to Port Charlotte in 1979. Has been working locally as a nurse for over 40 years. Worked most of those years in a Level 2 Newborn Nursery(Labor/Delivery) and the Operating Room ensuring proficiency with surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and following protocols. Skilled in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. Knowledge of the latest advancements in medical and surgical technology. Stays calm under pressure and works well with others.
STEPHANIE
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Stephanie is a licensed esthetician and CryoSkin specialist. Utilizing her 10 years of experience to improve her clients skincare needs. Stephanie has advanced her training and is a CryoSkin Revolution specialist. She has a passion for helping others feel their best and getting their “GLOW back”. I am constantly perusing advanced techniques and skills in the skincare and wellness industry.
